Geez, what are they going to do with all that traffic on Sunday?
Brilliant! The downhill start is a bit scary, as are the 'speedbumps' near the finish. Looks a bit tight in places too. I liked the bits that looked like the photographer was out of the car running. How about wearing a helmet-cam for us on Sunday?
Born in 1963 under a camphor laurel tree beside Bilambil Creek, I now live in Tokyo with my Japanese wife and three sons. I started running in 2002 and my addictive personality soon clasped this foolish pastime to its bosom. I am also an enthusiastic amateur brewer and have won a few competitive home brewing awards in my time. Diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 2015, today I can no longer run, and my blog posts are more likely to concern the waxing and waning of my condition.

That's a great look at the course. Gee, looks like they are closing some major roads for the morning.
I can feel a great run coming on. I think a few of us will be glued to our PC's on Sunday waiting for results. Its exciting!
In case you don't blog again ... GOOD LUCK!!!!! And best of luck to all your training mates. Enjoy it out there.
PS Give Scott a punch in the belly for me :-)
Yeah punch Scott in the belly for me too!!! :)
I can't believe it is finally here.
Run well, run hard. Don't look over your shoulder, don't have doubts, believe in yourself.
The training will shine through in just a few more hours.

Ooo I feel a bit sick now - all that fast forward action.
Actually having never been to Tokoyo I was surprised by how little traffic there appeared to be and how open it seemed. Thanks for that.
Yeah a couple of those rises towards the end are short but sharp - what fun hey?
Mate - if you get a strange sensation on you shoulder on Sunday that will just be all of us riding this thing with you.
Can't wait for the report of 2.54.xx :-)
