It's:

Chau-chau chau?
Chau-chau chau!
Chau-chau chau-n
Chau-chau chau

(Basically: That's a chau-chau dog isn't it? No. Surely it is. No, I tell you, it isn't.)GKKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05112284509616304355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15317841.post-724400500942310812007-09-15T10:09:00.000+09:002007-09-15T10:09:00.000+09:00"Feels kind of heard on the legs" ;)Looks like you..."Feels kind of heard on the legs" ;)

Looks like you're hadded for a big week.

Although I'm just into it, I'm finding the same thing (having to run fairly fast/hard at upper aerobic HRs). The cardio system is cruising, but the legs aren't.

Maybe after some weeks including longer UA runs the legs will start co-operating? If you have any other ideas, let me know!Ewenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01093209634556111656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15317841.post-7699546026274392512007-09-12T13:04:00.000+09:002007-09-12T13:04:00.000+09:00This Hadd stuff is all very interesting, of course...This Hadd stuff is all very interesting, of course, but I was more intrigued by the passing Typhoon that ruled out a Friday morning run for you. I would have thought a wind-assisted (170k's plus) backing would have done wonders for your speed work!TDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18065862431190588813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15317841.post-34678246969276928512007-09-11T21:53:00.000+09:002007-09-11T21:53:00.000+09:00I'm interested in the upper aerobic runs. I'd be going on the lower side of upper aerobic for that one.

Then when you consider all the other days, there's quite a cumulative effect. I mean, the shortest day is 60 minutes 'easy'. Hope you haven't had(d) enough by Saturday.Ewenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01093209634556111656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15317841.post-76099132352548092382007-09-11T15:42:00.000+09:002007-09-11T15:42:00.000+09:00I thought you might have had hadd had you done any...I thought you might have had hadd had you done anymore....

Glad to hear you haven't been had ;-)2Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00016333222687724233noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15317841.post-37486305248771069102007-09-11T15:33:00.000+09:002007-09-11T15:33:00.000+09:00Thanks for the training tips on my blog. Thanks for the training tips on my blog.GKKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05112284509616304355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15317841.post-58510187765591509542007-09-11T12:21:00.000+09:002007-09-11T12:21:00.000+09:00115k - huge!
